  • Creative & Applicant Data: If you apply to join our team as an interim leader, musician, or production specialist, we collect your professional history, skills, availability, and background information as disclosed in your application.

  • Account Credentials: Usernames, passwords, and security data used for authentication on the City Center platform.

  • Communications: Any messages, feedback, or information you submit through our contact forms or discovery call booking system.

2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to protect the relationships we build and efficiently scale our placements. Specifically, we use your data to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our Services and the City Center platform.

  • Process creative applications and match interim worship pastors, leaders, musicians, and production teams with matching church profiles.

  • Sync church profiles, preferences, and service details so they travel securely with assigned team members ("Musicianaries") prior to arrival.

  • Respond to your comments, questions, contact form inquiries, and provide customer support.

  • Send administrative information, such as updates regarding terms, conditions, and policies.

  • Send SMS text notifications or operational alerts if you have opted into our SMS communications.

  • Between Churches and Creatives: We share relevant church profile details and service expectations with assigned creatives, and creative qualifications with partner churches, to ensure seamless placement.

  • Service Providers: We may share data with third-party vendors who perform functions on our behalf (such as hosting services, text/SMS delivery platforms, and scheduling tools).

  • Legal Obligations: We may disclose your information where required to do so by law, court order, or government regulation.

We use appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process, including the infrastructure behind our City Center app. However, please remember that no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed 100% secure.
